Hello Residents of Henry County. I’m Cathy Eke, your candidate for Henry County Prosecutor in 2026 and would appreciate your vote. You have multiple choices for Prosecutor this year, but I am the most experienced and qualified candidate for the position. Having exclusively practiced criminal law for over 24 years, makes me uniquely qualified to be your Prosecutor.
I have been serving as the Henry Country Chief Public Defender for over 10 years and before that, spent over 14 years in Marion County as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and Deputy Public Defender. Having worked both sides of the courtroom, I am capable of understanding the law from all angles.
